The scope of this project is to install a new traffic signal  at the intersection of North Beach Street and Champions View Parkway.

Intersection improvements planned for construction are:

•  New pedestrian sidewalk and crosswalks

• ADA compliant ramps

• Accessible Pedestrian Signals (APS)

This project is in Council District 10.

May 2026 Project Update

• The contractor has been working on signing, striping, and landscaping.
• The city has executed contract with Tri-County Electric to provide power for the traffic signal. 
• Currently the project team is coordinating with Tri-County Electric to schedule crews on-site to provide power.
