This Sycamore Creek Sewer Rehabilitation capital improvement project will rehabilitate the existing sanitary sewer lines – from I-30 South to the I-35/I-20 exchange. The current sewer main does not have the capacity to serve existing customers in the Sycamore Creek basin area and the proposed developments that would be located further south. The existing lines parallel the new lines that are being constructed.
The new 66-inch diameter sewer main in Phases 1-3 will run parallel to the existing sewer main which varies in diameter from 48 inches to 54 inches. Both lines will feed into the Village Creek Water Reclamation Facility.
This sewer rehabilitation project is in Fort Worth Council District 8.
