March 2024 Project Update

This project has been selected to be one of the City's Design to Build projects. This type of project allows for TPW and contractor to start early work such as milling the road or assessing water line relocation needs.

Freese-Nichols, Inc. was selected to assist in the process starting with putting out a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Design-Build Teams.

In December 2023, a virtual Industry Awareness Event was held providing general information, major work items, challenges and opportunities and info to help put together a Design-Build Team.
