Construction of the Walnut Creek sanitary sewer extension will provide sanitary sewer service for future development.  

 

This project is located in the City of Fort Worth extraterritorial jurisdiction and is surrounded by Fort Worth Council District 3 and the City of Benbrook.

 

The sanitary sewer extension will extend from the Aledo Road/FM 2871 intersection westerly to the east boundary line of the Walsh Ranch property. Future development will be possible north and south of Aledo Road and west of FM 2871. 

 

This project will be constructed in two phases. Phase 1 is from FM 2871 to Markum Ranch Road and Phase 2 is from Markum Ranch Road to the east boundary line of the Walsh Ranch property. This project will impact the Skyline Ranch neighborhood association and the Markum Ranch HOA.
