Results from STEER the Budget

What’s new: Comments were collected over a month and a half. Here are some highlights of what residents want included in the FY25 Budget:

  • Finish up projects that have started, specifically road projects.
  • Change streetlight bulbs when they turn purple.
  • Fix potholes throughout the City.
  • Take care of the City’s infrastructure.
  • Maintain alleyways in south Fort Worth.
  • Add more dumpsters for bulk waste.
  • Be strategic about development throughout the City.
  • Preserve small businesses and neighborhoods.
  • Create more youth programs to learn a trade.
