Existing water and sewer lines will be replaced in an area bound by Camp Bowie Boulevard to the north, Clover Lane to the east, Interstate 30/West Freeway to the south and Camp Bowie Boulevard at Neville Street to the west.

This Fort Worth Water capital improvement project is in Fort Worth Council District 7.

Cast iron water lines will be replaced in:

• Hillcrest Street
• Bryce Avenue
• Tremont Avenue
• Carlton Avenue
• Thomas Place

Water and Sewer lines will be replaced in:

• Tremont Avenue from El Campo Avenue to Camp Bowie Boulevard

Water Lines will be replaced in:

• Western Avenue from Bryce Avenue to Camp Bowie Boulevard
• Western Avenue from the I-30 frontage road to El Campo Avenue
• El Campo Avenue from Hulen Street to Clover Lane
• Collinwood Avenue from Eldridge Street to Hulen Street
• Byers Avenue from Kenley Street to Hulen Street
• Hulen Street from El Campo Avenue to Camp Bowie Boulevard
• Hillcrest Street from El Campo Avenue to Camp Bowie Boulevard
• Bryce Avenue from Kenley Street to Hulen Street
• Carleton Avenue from Bryce Avenue to Camp Bowie Boulevard
• Thomas Place from Camp Bowie Boulevard to Lafayette Avenue

Sewer Lines will be replaced in:

• Pershing Avenue from Ashland Avenue to Clover Lane
• Alley between Pershing Avenue and El Campo Avenue from Neville Street to Penticost Street
• Easement east of Neville Street from 170 feet north and 190 feet east of the Pershing Avenue/Neville Street intersection to Camp Bowie Boulevard
• Alley between El Campo Avenue and Collinwood Avenue from Sanguinet Avenue to Hulen Street
• Easement between Hillcrest  Street and Tremont Avenue from El Campo Avenue to Bryce Avenue
• Easement north of El Campo Avenue from 165 feet north of the El Campo/Ashland Avenue intersection to 200 feet east
• Alley between Collinwood Avenue and Byers Avenue from 175 feet north and 190 feet west of the Collinwood Avenue/Hulen Street intersection to 385 feet east
• Easement south of Bryce Avenue from 375 feet south of the Bryce Avenue/Ashland Street intersection to 175 feet southwesterly
• Easement south of Camp Bowie Boulevard from 285 feet south and 230 feet southwest of the Camp Bowie Boulevard/Carleton Avenue intersection to 455 feet northwesterly
• Easement south of Camp Bowie Boulevard from 610 feet south and 210 feet west of the Camp Bowie Boulevard/Tremont Avenue intersection to 920 feet southeasterly
• Easement west of Tremont Avenue from 610 feet south of the Tremont Avenue/Camp Bowie Boulevard intersection to 210 feet northwesterly
• Easement between Hillcrest Street and Thomas Place from Bryce Avenue to 300 feet north
• Easement between Bryce Avenue and Lafayette Avenue from 200 feet west and 300 feet north of the Bryce Avenue/Thomas Place intersection to 430 feet northeasterly
• Easement south of Camp Bowie Boulevard from Thomas Place to Tremont Avenue
• Easement between Thomas Place and Clover Lane from Camp Bowie Boulevard to 555 feet south

Project area landmarks include W.C. Stripling Middle School, South Hi Mount Elementary School, Thomas Place Community  Center, Fort Worth Fire Station #18 and, Wright-Tarlton Park.

Construction will impact the West Side Alliance and the Arlington Heights neighborhood association.
