Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by SE Loop 820 to the north, Oak Grove Road to the east, Limerick Drive, Conroy Street and Alcon Laboratories to the south and I-35W South Freeway to the west.

The sewer main replacements are part of the Fort Worth Water Department’s Sanitary Sewer Overflow Initiative program. Cast Iron Water Main Replacements are part of the Cast Iron Pipe Initiative to reduce the amount of water main breaks.
