Highland Hills Neighborhood Area Water and Sewer Design Open House

Fort Worth City Council approved engineering design agreements with three engineering consultant firms in December 2023 and January 2024. The boundaries include Southeast Loop 820 Freeway to the north, Cloverdale Drive to the east, Limerick Drive to the south, and Conroy Street and Southeast Loop 820 to the west.

Fast forward to the Summer of 2025 and each of these projects have reached the 60 percent design stage. When the capital project delivery division reaches 60 percent, Fort Worth Water hosts a community design meeting to get input from those who will be impacted by the construction.

Since these three City of Fort Worth Water projects arrived at 60 percent at the same time - and are all in the same area - we are combining three community meetings in to one Fort Worth Water Council District 8/Highland Hills Neighborhood Association Open House.

The Open House is slated for:
