This capital improvement project is bound by Elmwood Avenue to the north, South Riverside Drive to the east, Glen Garden Drive to the south, and New York Avenue to the west.

The Fort Worth Water Department's sanitary sewer overflow initative program's goal is to install approximately 5,560 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe with this capital improvement project.

Sanitary sewer pipes will be replaced in six alleys, including:

Alley between East Allen Avenue and Elmwood Avenue from New York Avenue to Mississipi Avenue
Alley between East Ramsey Avenue and Marion Avenue from the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way to 2,300 feet to the west
Alley between East Robert Street and Colvin Avenue from Mississippi Avenue to the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way
Alley between Judd Street and East Cantey Street from South Riverside Drive to Yuma Street
Alley between Mulkey Street and East Robert Street from South Riverside Drive to Yuma Street
Alley between East Morningside and Glen Garden Drive from Mississippi Avenue to the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way

This capital improvement project is in Council District 8. Construction will impact the Morningside neighborhood association and United Communities association.
