MedStar StarSaver ambulance membership program

The city has committed to maintain the Star Saver program; however, we are sun-setting the Star Saver plus. There has been no immediate plan to increase the costs per household. Additionally, the current Star Saver.

memberships will transition for the year that they have already paid for through Medstar until time to renew of which the renewal will be with the City of Fort Worth. There will be no interruptions in the plan for current memberships.

Interfacility Transport Permitting Process

As part of the ongoing transition of EMS services from MedStar to the Fort Worth Fire Department, MedStar will be gradually phasing out its Interfacility Transport (IFT) operations.
