Existing sewer and water mains will be replaced in an area bound by Randol Mill Road to the northwest, Enoch Drive to the east, Brentwood Stair Road to the south, and the Trinity River Creek Branch to the west.

Blue Lake Drive from Raintree Court to the cul-de-sac (water and sewer)
Easement south of Lake Havasu Trail from 240 feet east and 160 feet south of the Randol Mill Road/Lake Havasu Trail intersection, then east 500 feet and then southeasterly 200 feet (sewer)
Easement west of Chandler Lake Road from Randol Mill Road to the south 500 feet (sewer)

This area is in the White Lake Hills neighborhood association and Neighborhoods of East Fort Worth neighoborhood alliance.

Warren Lane from Ederville Road then south 1,292 feet (sewer)
Easement east of Warren Lane from Joseph Lane to the south 520 feet (sewer)

This area is in the Ryanwood neighborhood association and the Neighborhoods of East Fort Worth neighborhood alliance.

Easement west of Sandy Lane from Ederville Lane to the north 300 feet
Easement east of Enoch Drive from 460 feet west of the Brentwood Stair Road/Enoch Drive intersection, then south 350 feet

Fort Worth Council District 11 was included in the design phase of this project. The new project name for the Council District 11 part is the Cleckler and North Riverside Drive Sewer Improvements .
