Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by NW 26^th Street to the north, North Main Street to the east, East Central Avenue to the south and Clinton Avenue to the west. Landmarks include the Stockyards, Fire Station #12, Marine Creek, and businesses.

The streets include:

• Ellis Avenue from NW 26^th Street to West Central Avenue (water and sewer);
• NW 25^th Street from the alley west of Ellis Avenue to North Main Street (water);
• West Exchange Avenue from Clinton Avenue to North Main Street (water and sewer);
• NW 24^th Street from Ellis Avenue to North Main Street (water);
• NW 23^rd Street from Ellis Avenue to North Main Street (water);
• NW 22^nd Street from Ellis Avenue to North Main Street (water);
• NW 21^st Street from Ellis Avenue to North Main Street (water);
• West Central Avenue from Ellis Avenue to North Main Street (water);
• North Main Street from East Central Avenue to NE 14^th Street (water).

This capital improvement project is in Fort Worth Council District 2. Construction will impact the North Side neighborhood association and the Inter-District 2 Alliance.
