Fitness and lifestyle classes are offered by the Healthy Challenge Wellness Program to all employees, retirees and spouses at no cost. Participation will also earn points toward the Healthy Challenge Cash Payout. Availability of the Healthy Habit classes may vary and is dependent on COVID safety guidelines.

This 45-minute long boot camp is designed for all ages and fitness levels, focusing on maximum calorie burn in a short amount of time. A combination of strength training, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, functional movement patterns and teamwork will help participants who are looking to burn fat, tighten the body, improve strength and build muscle. This class emphasizes getting participants fit and healthy while challenging the mind and body in ways that make fitness fun.
This is an intermediate level, boot camp style, total body workout class for those individuals ready to challenge themselves using calisthenics, hand weights, bands, speed walking or sprints, and stair climbing. The emphasis of the class is proper form, proper warm-up, proper cool down, exercise variety, muscle strengthening and endurance, increasing metabolism, improving flexibility, and ways to exercise at home.
Total Body Blast
A heart-pumping, total-body workout designed to challenge every aspect of your fitness. Using calisthenics, hand weights, sprints, and stair climbing take your fitness to the next level and discover how strong you really are. All fitness levels welcome and modifications provided by the instructor. If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.
A class for all abilities and interests. The emphasis is to increase awareness of wellness mechanics through various physical postures as integrated with breathing and relaxation techniques. The class will include warm-up, breath work, posture (both more active and more passive), and balancing and relaxation elements. There is no perfect way to work through this practice; each participant is encouraged to bring an “as you are” awareness and an attitude helpful toward self-improvement.
Zumba is a dance aerobics class that fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be fun and easy to do. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
